Where access control and simultaneous mechanical protection are required, self-locking electromechanical locks can be used. When closing the door, the bolt is automatically released, which effectively locks the door in the closed position. If an opening signal is given, the lock activates the handle enabling free access. The locks meet the requirements of panic and emergency outputs in accordance with EN 179 and EN 1125. The GSW Office system uses GEZE rLock electromechanical locks.
